Mini aperitif pizzas

1- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th.7). Roll out the pizza dough then cut 8 squares in the dough. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Wash the zucchini and then, using a peeler, cut into wide strips.
2- Brush each square of dough with mustard then arrange the zucchini on the dough. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with crumbled thyme, put in the oven and cook for 15 min.
3- Add the whole cherry tomatoes and pine nuts and cook for another 5 min. Serve hot or cold.

1 pizza dough
20 Cherry tomatoes
2 Small zucchini
3 tbsp. old-fashioned mustard
2tbsp. pine nuts
1 sprig of thyme
