Aperitif toast with tapenade and cucumber

Lightly toast the slices of country bread.
Spread a thin layer of tapenade on the crumb.
Wash your cucumber section, peel it and cut it into slices.
Fluff and chop the parsley.
Decorate your slices with cucumber slices.
Decorate your toast with chopped parsley and a pinch of turmeric. Add salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil on your toast.

for 2 people

2 slices of Country bread
4cm of cucumber
2 Small teaspoons. tapenade
1 Sprig of flat-leaf parsley
2 pinch Turmeric
2Cuil. olive oil mocha
